Job Description & Qualifications:
Responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of Plant Facilities, Utilities and Machineries
Ensure that all procedures, systems and programs in Plant Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting are being implemented and followed including Preventive Maintenance, Risk Assessment, LOTO, GMP, ISO, Calibration, Traceability, Health & Safety, Work Instructions, SOPs, Solid-Air-Liquid Waste Management
Ensure that Maintenance procedures comply with plant safety regulations
Ensure that inventories of Maintenance materials, supplies and repair parts at required level are maintained
Ensure that planned maintenance (in-house or outsourced) is executed according to budget, timeline and quality
Ensure correctness of all Engineering and Maintenance reports
Develop and execute the Maintenance Strategy, including determination of maintenance approach, staffing levels, training program, metrics, and others
Floor-level presence in working with technicians and operators to get them more involved with the reliability and integrity of their machinery
Directly supervise Technical Reliability Team; Provide strong leadership to foster continuous improvement and open communication
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Production, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and management to understand requirements and communicate plans and status
Ensure that their co-workers have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to the allotted budget
