Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sustain and Monitor MEMS Assembly Yield and Process Improvement
Perform failure analysis on assembly defect and issues.
Propose process improvements to improve process control on yield detractors.
Manage all MEMS Assy build are delivered on time and within yield.
Maintain and improve tool OEE.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
At least 2yrs. MEMS ( Micro Electromechanical System) Assembly experience
BS degree on Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics.
PREFERRED:
Knowledgeable on MEMS assembly and MEMS device wafer process.
With background on failure analysis.
Familiar on statistical tools and techniques.
Data analytics skill.
