Description
•Ensure high level of safety awareness by following and enforcing all safety procedures and environmental regulations
•Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
•Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
•Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required
•Must have ample knowledge of the law of contract
•Provides cost estimates of repair works base as per actual condition of structure and submit to the Team Leader
•Ensures drawing references prepared by CAD operator/detailer for cost estimation and bidding is according to actual site condition
•Coordinates with maintenance planners with area owners for the structural repair works from Scoping, Bidding, Implementing and Closing
•Monitoring of on-progress activities through evaluating of actual resources used at project site
•Other duties as assigned related to Structural Integrity Program
•Project Duration: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree preferably in Civil Engineering
•Minimum 1 year' experience in Construction Industry in Civil and Structural Work Activities (office works, planning, cost estimation, variation, etc.)
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply especially those with good scholastic record for estimates and planning
•Must be competent to convey to the person who is to price the BOQ, quantity and quality of the materials required, and the nature of labour to be applied during the structures' construction
•Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous
•Ability to read & interpret technical drawings
•Knowledge on basic safety management
•Project Cost estimation and cost control
•Good project documentation skills
•Computer skills (i.e. MS Office, SAP)
