Job Description
Communicates with external and internal departments regarding sDET Reli testing control targets, actual testing results, when issue arises affecting the timely movement of key experiments. Formulate strategies to improve throughput capabilities, procedures and processes to further enhance testing methodology. Ensures proper tester setup and control. * Creates and evaluates test script.
Ensures testers are in control and are within the statistical control limit.
Conduct tester GR&R and daily control monitoring.
Creates Data Packages in each experiments and feedback overall conclusion about the result in according to the specific test requirements.
Perform corrective and preventive actions
Qualifications
General Qualifications:
Essential : * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics, preferably with at least 1 year experience in Test Engineering.
With knowledge and experience in Failure Analysis and Data Analysis.
With good numerical, analytical, interpersonal and planning skills.
Desirable: * With above average MS Excel proficiency
With high interest working on tasks that require great attention to details
With hands-on experience in Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, JMP and any other statistical tool.
