The role will involve bringing the product into the manufacturing phase and working with external and internal partners to achieve this New technologies and productions Introductions in manufacture environment. This person will need to function independently, be a problem solver, and have basic knowledge of slider manufacture process. This job requires the candidate to be an enthusiastic, motivational role model in problem solving and teamwork, for a principal level require leadership and management skill to handle team member and act as backup in the managerial side.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacture Engineer will act as leader of the area and team handle, work with the team to define the activities drive by management team and be responsible to direct he project to achieve objectives.
The Manufacture Engineer is required to develop and manage relationships with a key stakeholders and contributors in the introduction into manufacture process.
Create and manage daily technical progress reports identifying issues and risks and tracking KPIs.
Collaborate with the inter and external departments in all problems encounter for the new programs and engineering activities e.g. validate data for the process run during build execution in the line.
Leverage Failure analysis plan for any build failure.
Analyses failures, identify root causes and implement solutions.
Develop and administer all new program build control and analysis in real time for each build execute.
Monitor and Control day to day individual parameter to achieve the key objectives
Ensure that in conjunction with Compliance engineering that the products are installed in compliance with all appropriate standards.
Monitor and control the success rate build execute in manufacture daily base.
Monitor and control the Failure Analysis closure time in production line.
Coordinate all improve activities for KIV's - KOV's define in each build or program.
Basic programing for develop system to analysis information and support in data analytics.
