Job Description Summary: Job Description: Responsible for the implementation and revision of manufacturing process controls and procedures. Graduate of bachelor's degree in Engineering Fresh graduate or have at least 2-years' experience in process or equipment engineering jobs for PCB Assembly Operation. With good communication skills both written and verbal. Have basic problem-solving skills. Computer literate. Background on SPC and FMEA. Responsible for the implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures. Provide on-time disposition of process deviations or low-yield lots. Analyze day-to-day process-related issues and provide corrective action. Sustain yield on defined yield gains. Monitor process supplies and material usage. Train operators on their assigned areas. Support production of productivity issues. Implementation of defined Statistical process controls plans. Analyses the cause(s) of rejections and formulates CA/PA to improve assembly performance in coordination with the different sections or departments. Inform immediate superior on any relevant engineering procedures, assembly specification that needs changes, and clarifications. Ensures that SOP's and shop procedures are being followed. Comply with all quality standards, specifications, and requirements. Ensure that the company's commitment to environmental management, health, and safety is observed and performed. Be aware of the company's quality and environmental policies. Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
