Description
•Execute Failure Mode and Countermeasure Analysis and update Maintenance Strategy
•Upload, track and execute actions developed from the failure mode and countermeasure analysis
•Collaboration and coordination with NDT and Lube for the vibration analysis program, thermal checking, lube oil change schedule, lubrication routing plan. Review list and identify components, which are not included in the list. For existing asset with OEM manuals, review above mentioned checkpoints if the existing set-up is the same. Change and propose if necessary
•Collaboration and coordination with the Reliability team for the Maintenance Strategy, FMEA, RCMs, and other maintenance reliability programs necessary to promote high plant availability
•Coordination and communication with OEM suppliers of equipment with no existing manuals
•Guide the maintenance team for the PM details action. Monitor the effectiveness of PMs created. Update PMs if necessary
•Develop maintenance strategy for each equipment
•Plan and direct specific shutdown repairs as assigned by the Superintendent (where their technical skills are needed)
•Administrative works - Cost reviews, daily visual board updates/trends, Expenses monitoring, Monthly reports, etc.
•Do Safety interaction and use SLAM where appropriate
•Develop solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations
•Stock number creation for the items/spare parts that are not yet on the system based on manual data sheet
•Project Duration: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed
•Desirable: At least two (2) years experience working in the same function in an industrial setting
