JOB DESCRIPTION
People-focus technical sales professionals who provide technical direction and business guidance to the engineering team. Expect to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers. Their responsibilities usually include researching and developing new designs and products, proposing budgets for projects, and overseeing all the activities related to each project. Drives gross profit through account planning, and resource allocation. Proactively develops and maintains a team of high performing presales engineers and post sales engineers and continually seeks innovative methods for improving team performance and profitability.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Master’s degree in engineering management, technical management, or business
Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field.
3 years of engineering experience.
Proven supervisory and technical skills.
Great analytical and math skills
Incredible problem-solving abilities
Ability to give constructive criticism.
Ability to make decisions quickly.
