Job Summary:
The GSS Intern will be a core part of delivering support and services; responsible for the daily deliverables of the business. This role will focus on support and implementation delivery based on customer requirements.
The GSS Intern's primary task is to partner with RingCentral employees with tasks and projects based on business needs.
The responsibilities include the troubleshooting, development and testing of RingCentral products and services as well as the world-class communication and support it provides to its customer base.
Work directly with the Supervisors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable time and scope.
Expected to manage the relationship with all the stakeholders including both internal and external customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Understand and follow given tasks with an eye for detail and completeness.
Minimum of 2 hours daily assisted/guided communication with customers on the phone, chat and/or email which must be taken with utmost care for customer experience and resolution.
Have a detailed understanding of the features and capabilities of the system.
Design, review, and troubleshoot complicated integration dependencies, call routing and how to set it up in an environment where there are multiple ways to achieve the same goal.
Ensuring you are meeting the timelines set by the supervisor for deliverables, while also handling last minute requests that require immediate attention.
Qualifications:
At least 4th year level on Bachelor's degree in a business or technology discipline is desired
Above average oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented and fast paced environment.
Self-driven with the ability to dive right in, be effective and make a difference.
A creative approach to tackling obstacles and problems; thinking outside the box to help customers to meet design requirements or resolution.
