Job Description
As Tooling Equipment Engineer, you will analyze all breakdown issue specially of High Vacuum machine for Carbon Deposition. as well as Robot Placement and Cleaning machine relate to preparation of Carbon Deposition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge in New Technology specifically in tooling related issues.
Leads the sustenance pertaining for in-house mechanical repair and new technology
Plan and control all on going and incoming new technology activities
Facilitate & Support, capacity and Yield Improvement
Creates Tooling Breakdown Analysis
Creation and review of Tooling (BDO, Availability & PM Efficiency)
Recommend improvements for tooling's based on failure analysis
Collaboration with Other teams for FA, Qualifications, trials, Etc...
Improvement Maintenance procedure
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in related field e.g. BS ME, IE
Minimum 1- 2 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPointt
PREFERRED:
Knowledgeable in Maintenance execution, (MTTA, MTTR , MTBF)
SKILLS:
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short-term effects
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
