We are seeking motivated and qualified individuals to work on the production floor taking responsibility for the operation of manufacturing equipment and performing maintenance tasks as needed under the direction of a Production Manager. We expect all our production staff to perform work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner. This is a team focused role with the opportunity to advance based on performance.
Our Engineer Assistant keep the manufacturing floor moving. You will be part of the team creating quality products to deliver to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to operate and maintain various pieces of equipment and help us meet our customer requirements. Our Engineer Assistant work 8-hour shifts and some holidays. You will have the opportunity to advance roles and change shifts based on performance and business needs.
Daily responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Maintain the production to a smooth working environment
· Mechanical maintenance (kiln, press, dryers)
· Completing necessary industrial reports
· Entering data into required computer programs
· Following rules and procedures
· Performing other tasks as required
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess Vocational Engineering related course. (e.g. Mechatronic/electromechanical or equivalent.
· Previous experience in any manufacturing company preferably ceramic tiles
· Basic math skills and computer literacy is required
· Flexible 4 days off per month
· Willing to work on Shifting Schedule
· Willing to work in San Simon, Pampanga (free lodging if willing to stay-in)
· Willing to start at Minimum Salary with overtime
