Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide pre- and post-sales quality technical assistance via calls and emails.
Technical troubleshooting of Liebert Uninterruptible Power Systems and other Channel products like Rack PDU, Rack Cabinets, Smart Aisle, Smart Row and MB.
Collaborate with sales personnel to define requirements for quotations for custom configurations in a timely manner.
Review and facilitate fulfillment of any orders that include custom configurations and special features.
Interface with engineering, product marketing and field support to ensure appropriate issue resolution and improve product quality.
Qualifications
Background / Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical degree is required
Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems, electronic circuits, Uninterruptible Power and Power Distribution Systems are required.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office suite, are required
Familiarity with IT networking and communication systems is desirable
Familiarity with environmental control systems and/or Liebert manufacturing and engineering systems.
2+ years of experience or exposure in working within sales / engineering / parts & service / field applications / data center environment that focuses in UPS products.
1+ year of experience in customer phone support.
