Job Description
An understanding of building design/architecture or can interpret floor plans.
You will be performing energy efficiency simulations that will need to achieve a score of 6 out of a possible 10.
You will be importing floor plans into a program and modeling up all the different rooms, windows, construction types, orientation etc.
Once a satisfactory result is achieved, a report will be prepared to outline what is required to achieve this result, for example, more insulation in the walls or roof, double glazed windows to the living room and bedrooms.
This report is given to the architect or builder, so they can build an energy efficient home.
Qualifications
Can interpret Floor Plans (AutoCAD or similar)
Has passion for Energy Efficiency
Importing floor plans into a software/program
Nice-to-Have : Australian Building Design

Work Schedule (AU client)
Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM or 7AM - 4PM; Manila Time)
Work Location (WFH)
