Your Tasks
As an ISO 50001 Lead Auditor at TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on audits of energy management systems in accordance with ISO 50001 standards. Your expertise in auditing, energy management, and regulatory compliance will enable organizations to optimize energy efficiency while ensuring adherence to international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive audit plans and schedules, taking into account ISO 50001 requirements and client-specific needs.
Prepare detailed checklists and audit methodologies tailored to each client's energy management system.
Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation, including energy management policies, procedures, and energy performance data.
Collaborate with clients to understand their energy management objectives and areas of concern.
Conduct on-site audits at client facilities, systematically evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of energy management controls and practices.
Perform objective, evidence-based assessments to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
Identify and document non-conformities with ISO 50001 standards and client-specific requirements.
Clearly communicate findings to clients and provide guidance on corrective actions.
Provide actionable recommendations to address non-conformities and improve energy management systems.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarizing audit findings, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
Foster strong client relationships by effectively communicating audit results, clarifying audit processes, and addressing client inquiries.
Collaborate with clients to develop corrective action plans and monitor progress.
Stay updated on the latest developments in ISO 50001 standards and relevant energy management regulations.
Ensure audit processes and recommendations align with current requirements.
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and best practices.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Certification as a Lead Auditor for ISO 50001 or equivalent qualification.
Extensive experience as a Lead Auditor, including a minimum of five (5) years conducting ISO 50001 audits.
Profound knowledge of ISO 50001 standards, energy management principles, and industry best practices.
Exceptional analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to critically evaluate energy management systems.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing comprehensive reports and engaging with clients effectively.
