Job Summary
This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, implementations and other aspects of TTECs homegrown Performance Management Tool, Empower. The job function will require the candidate to work closely with users from the Human Capital, Global Compensation, IT, and Operations departments. Will be responsible for maintaining the backend data and data load processes behind the Performance Management Tool. The designated individual will be providing expertise and guidance to engineering staff.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of higher in Computer Science, IT or related field.
3-5 years' experience in support related tasks.
Development and support experience of SQL and PLSQL, as well as SQL Server and MySQL DBs.
Experience working with HC, IT and other cross functional groups in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment across multiple functions and several dynamic projects.
Quality oriented, with strong appreciation for the importance of ensuring accuracy in all data load processes, metrics and calculations.
Experience generating documentation of application changes and processes
Problem solving oriented, with good troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
Work according to the project framework including timelines, quality plans, progress reporting, risk and issue identification and communication.
Maintain effective working relationships with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other Enterprise Intelligence areas, off-shore and on-shore resources, collaborate with the customer's technical team to gather technical requirements.
Gather and document user requirements in a clear and organized manner
Creation, implementation, and regulation of development standards and best practices
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at a time
