Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and formulating employee engagement programs and mechanisms to support culture building and creating positive organization health that will drive the achievement of business goals, promote company values and shape a high performing company culture. Responsible for ensuring compliance to Company Policies, managing employee discipline, and in handling labor cases to ensure mitigation if not fully avoid labor risks. Responsible for ensuring that Office administration and IT services and activities are managed ensuring availability and accessibility of its services. Responsible for developing a high performing and engaged team by diligently training and coaching the team members to enhance their competencies and create a conducive climate where they are engaged to perform their best and contribute to the attainment of team objectives. Qualifications Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B. or Juris Doctor). Admitted to the Philippine Bar. Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in Human Resources Must have at least five (5) years experience in HR Business Partnering and Employee Engagement on a managerial level.
