MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS IN BPO
MUST BE COLLEGE GRADUATE
Night shift schedule
 
 
 
-MUST HAVE 2-3 years experience as an ER Specialist preferably in a BPO setup
-MUST BE knowledgeable with labor law
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN doing Focus Group Discussion (FGD), employee engagement, issuing of NTEs
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN performance management, attrition reports
