Very familiar with Labor laws and standards
• Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
• Attention to detail, systems oriented, organized and analytical
• Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with the Company's objective and labor standards.
• Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
• Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Able to resolve conflicts and manage grievances
• Assist in the development of HR, IR and ER protocols and regulations, and employees have access to the relevant Employees Handbook when needed.
• Work with the HR Immediate head and departmental managers with respect to compliances, disciplinary actions including preparation of documents, investigations of any offense, scheduling of hearings
• Serves as officer for compliance and discipline, in correlation of validation and consolidation of Personnel Performance Evaluation
• Assist the Immediate head in terms of Contract Management
• Any assigned tasks in relation to HR
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor and employee relations, LAW or other relevant discipline is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken is Emglish is Essential
• Strong personality, expert conflict resolution skills
• Impeccable trustworthiness and discretion
