Duties and Responsibilities
The Employee Relations Officer is responsible for the following areas:
1.Employee Engagement.
2.Administer disciplinary action to ALL deployed employees but limited to cases that is beyond the scope of authority of the respective account coordinator.
3.Compliance in reportorial requirements pertaining to disciplinary actions that may be required by law.
4.Supervise and support account coordinators in conducting disciplinary actions.
5.Conduct assemblies, seminars, pertaining to Employee Relations and Disciplinary Actions.
6.Attend hearing (SENA 1 & 2) for purposes of closing or simplifications of the issue.
7.Assess risk and recommend effective legal actions to SENA cases
8.Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate head.
