OBJECTIVES:
The Information Technology Department's (ITD) Digital Transformation strategy aims to speed innovation in ADB through sandbox experimentation. In support of this vision, Digital Innovation, and Architecture (ITIA) requires the services of an Emerging Technology Product Manager to assist in delivering high-quality and validated emerging technology products for all Digital Sandbox initiatives.  
Report to: Senior IT Specialist (Digital Products Lead).
 TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The expected tasks to be performed by the Emerging Technology Engineer (Machine Learning and AI) are, but are not limited to, the following:
Works closely with stakeholders, vendors, and Engineers to deliver Emerging Technology products that are needed and easy to adopt.
Responsible for supporting with road map planning, monitoring, and delivery of MVP initiatives.
Reviews and evaluate products in the pilot stage to further lead discussions on learnings and recommends the best way forward with business.
Identify product issues and the development of risk mitigation strategies and implementation plans; recognize problems, evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions.
Creates users’ stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Manages multiple complex projects at different stages of the product lifecycle.
Monitors and manage day-to-day aspects of project and scope, including regular meetings, minutes, and reporting with general supervision
Builds the framework for scaling products from MVP to VFP
Research and recommends innovative approaches, tools, and techniques to further enhance team efficiency
 QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer or Information Technology or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in product management / Product development
Strong project management experience
Solid Experience in Emerging Technology
Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills

Strong collaborator with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
