Job Description
- Manages overall brand activations across new & emerging channels, ensuring sustainable growth by looking at channel needs/opportunities and creating meaningful programs hinged on the brand target customer
- Manages brand operations supporting activations ensuring optimal sales flow thru
- Leads customer insighting & analytics related to emerging channels & operations
BRAND ACTIVATIONS & STRATEGY
- Reviews the overall acquisition value proposition for new & emerging digital channels (Shopee, Lazada, Grab, etc), ensuring that it translates from the total proposition of the brand
- Evaluates and reviews activations strategy for new & emerging digital channels and develops post-mortem of programs, promos, and campaigns
GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION AND DIGITAL MARKETING
- Leads the formulation and implementation of end-to-end consumer programs, promos and campaigns that will attract new users and help drive new quality acquisitions for new & emerging channels
- Ensures message management for all new & emerging digital channels to journey customers towards their path to purchase which includes (but not limited to) AlwaysOn Campaigns and Digital Advertising, ensuring that all campaigns lead up to the hero mobile brand's proposition
- Crafts pivot programs & bridging activities as needed to drive business objectives
- Leads post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement of new & emerging digital channel programs
BRAND OPERATIONS
- Reviews and refines existing processes, channels to improve & optimize sales flow thru
- Consistent source of operational learnings for the brand
- Leads the formulation and implementation of programs to address identified operational issues
- Innovates and looks for new ways to fulfill customer needs related to operations and flow thru
CUSTOMER INSIGHTING & ANALYTICS
- Continuously reviews and profiles customers attracted in key channels and continues to get to know and identify their growing needs
- Leads overall activations dashboard to track sales take-up, deep dives, and looks after overall health and performance of each channel
- Works closely with Media & Performance Agency in leading select performance marketing campaigns especially those that are adhoc in nature, or are for bridging
- Leads insights-generation and global trends spotting for best practices for Digital Marketing
