Desired Skills and Experience
This position requires a passionate, organized and goal oriented individual who understands what good customer service is. In addition, the preferred candidate should be/have:
With 1 year experienced handling non-voice campaigns (preferably email support)
At least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
Call center experience is an advantage
Willing to work graveyard shift and/or holidays
