As part of the RingCentral Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement, and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world. You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
Summary:
RingCentral is looking for an outstanding email marketing project manager to lead, track, and measure projects. Our ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, and curious self-starter who can multitask and lead. The role will work closely with other teams to lead world-class projects and programs.
We are looking for you if you have a strong instinct to act, work towards the result, and a creative problem solver. Success in this job demands the ability to balance a "just do it" entrepreneurial spirit with a "let's do it" collaborative style.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead time-bound and/or continuous programs including project scope, schedule, risk mitigation, issue management, and resource planning
Balance the delivery of large, high impact, highly cross-functional initiatives and a set of smaller projects
Partner internally with Marketing Systems, Creative, Content, Product, and Marketing to build coordinated project plans and align these plans with timeline expectations
Align with Email Managers for joint risk management and reporting against progress as vital
Provide feedback to continuously improve internal delivery and organization, i.e. how we coordinate to meet project objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with Marketing focus, M.B.A. preferred
Very Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize under tight deadlines, in a lively, fast-paced environment
Minimum of 5 years email marketing or project management experience within hi-tech or high-volume setting
Hands-on background in Marketo and SFDC is an advantage.
Deep knowledge and detailed understanding of project management tools and standard methodologies.
Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of email and mobile marketing industry, providers and emerging trends
Proven track record to successfully lead several projects at once without losing efficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve. Excellent time leadership skills
Creative self-starter with a can-do demeanor. Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
