Job Description
A leading Recruitment Firm is looking for an Email Marketing Officer to take the lead on email campaigns. This is more than an officer role, it will play a key part in the decision making relating to Marketing initiatives.
This will wok closely with management of various divisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and launch targeted customer retention and lead acquisition email campaigns.
Create engaging responsive email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features. Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Creating campaigns, testing and optimizing using ActiveCampaign
Draft compelling and effective creative email and content copy, understanding the needs of the client's industry and services offered
Working with marketing and divisional leads to ensure campaigns are aligned to the goals and are optimized. Continually assess email delivery success and adapt to improve and staying informed of the latest trends and techniques.
Identify target audience and segmenting mailing lists for targeted email campaigns
Working with division heads to schedule email sequences and campaigns follow up emails when required, as well as feedback on metrics and leads generated.
Assist with social media marketing where required and align with email marketing campaigns to deliver the messages across multiple platforms and communication channels.
Aside marketing and design teams, create content for social media campaigns
Using analytics tools to report findings and improvements on all email campaigns. Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Be an ambassador of the company branding and professionalism at all times.
Collaborate across the company to continue to drive growth and implement process improvement
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 year of experience in B2B email marketing and campaign delivery
Experienced in creating, designing and optimizing email templates and copy
Experience using ActiveCampaign and utilizing / optimizing all features for best CTOR results
Previous design experience [canva etc] to help with concept visualization of email templates
List creation + data quality management
Previous experience within the BPO, Outsourcing, staffing, RPO [or similar] is preferred but not essential
Previous social media marketing, particular focus on content creation and posting on LinkedIn preferred
Any lead generation experience would be preferred
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
