Job Responsibilities
Support digital communications and will need to be proficient in marketing email communication platforms.
Create impactful email content and campaigns and ensure that all content is on-brand - in terms of style, quality, and tone -optimize the content for search engines and social promotion
Formulate email communication strategies, design, implement and launch email campaigns to reach existing customer bases and prospects. You are also responsible for analyzing campaign results, making decisions, and prioritizing future email marketing roadmap using a data-driven approach
Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, list management, import of lists, and deliverability
Data-driven and creative in constructing email campaigns
Curate email cadence for specific audiences, catering to their interests and daily patterns
Understanding the behaviors and habits of our customers to decide the frequency, timing, and order to send emails
Apply best practices and business insights to build effective email campaigns
Work alongside the lead developer to execute outbound email campaigns
Manage and update the CRM reflecting outbound messaging and frequency
A minimum of one year of experience in Marketing and Customer Support
Extreme dedication, sincerity, and willingness to go the extra mile
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Impeccable English writing skills
Knowledge of the latest sales trends and process
Above-average typing speed
