Drive growth at one of the fastest-growing companies in America
is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.We have 400+ students who will contribute significantly to our revenue in the next 12 months.
You'll be focused on the next $50 million. How do we create unique value propositions How do we optimize the existing revenue channels and develop additional revenue channels How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints
Those are the questions the members of our cross-functional Growth Team work on every day. They do so not as developers, designers, or marketers, but as entrepreneurs, determined to drive the business forward.
This role is perfect for someone who has 2+ years of experience with email marketing, campaigns, workflows, A/B testing, conversion rate/funnel optimization, and deliverability. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. With time, the role will develop into a higher-level role, and you'll be given the space to own a marketing channel.
We're looking for someone who is willing to take ownership of projects, is super attentive to details, is proactive, can stay calm under pressure, and execute on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should love taking on new challenges.

Description of the Role
Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
Design and execute our email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the creative team to develop email content, graphics, and messaging that drive engagement and conversions
Consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates across the funnel
Proof and QA campaigns to ensure a 100% error-free execution
Analyze and report on campaign performance
Find creative solutions to grow our email database
Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key segments
Follow and maintain best practices to keep email deliverability high
Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels
Requirements
2+ years of experience with email marketing and funnel optimization
Proficient in using email marketing and automation tools like Iterable, Hubspot, etc
Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must
Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
Strong time management & prioritization skills
Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST
