The Email Management Nurse is an overall interdepartmental liaison to a tertiary hospital based in Thailand. This role will provide pre-arrangement services, appointment and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also cater to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Arrange appointments and general hospital services. This includes liaising with doctors, nurses, and related departments necessary for the client's treatment.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services via email
Service delivery to include initial medical history taking and coordination of refer-in services to different departments
Expected to participate in process improvement, problem analysis, and solution implementation.
Participate in employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Allied-health profession (Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, etc.)
Local professional license issued by PRC preferred
1-2 years clinical experience >Excellent English communication skills
Highly analytical and organized with keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills >Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with dual screens, and general computer literacy
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Amenable to report onsite (Makati) during training and transition period
Preferably within Metro Manila only
