We're seeking a smart, energetic Email Designer who is passionate about marketing, technology, e-commerce, and making really great emails!
This role will have a focus on designing email campaigns, flows & automations, website lead capture (pop-ups), landing pages, and multimedia for D2C e-commerce brands.

We are looking for an Email Designer to join our growing team. The right person for this role is creative & tech-savvy, with proven hands-on experience in email design!
Responsibilities include:
Produce large scale email marketing campaigns from development to execution
Work across platforms like Asana, Streamtime, and Slack to manage your workflow
Proof and QA all email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
Conduct frequent analysis of competitors looking for insights around design & promotional offers
Build expertise and become subject matter expert in email design, product development, and platform use
Be open and willing to continually learn and build your skills in using the technology platforms we partner with
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in email marketing for e-commerce (preferred)
Design Skills - intermediate level
Knowledge of Klaviyo (essential) and/or other email marketing automation tools like Justuno would be a plus.
Previous experience with digital marketing campaigns
Experience working with and adapting Brand Guidelines to email campaigns
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience with WordPress & Shopify
Proficient in Photoshop & Adobe software
Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
A positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity; requires being scrappy
Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
