ZigZag is looking for an Email Automation Specialist to join our team!
About the Client:
Our client is a leading online marketplace that focuses on supplying
"everything for your home" (furniture, homewares, garden products, appliances and
more). As an online marketplace, we connect our customers with over 1 million
products sold by many leading Australian retailers.
You will be working within our Marketing Tech team and responsible for supporting
all aspects of CLC and CRM initiatives.
Your primary objective in this role is to implement automated solutions that drive
incremental growth to channels Email/SMS/Push. Strong communication,
organisational, troubleshooting, attention to detail, and drive to see projects to
completion are a must.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
This is a varied delivery role, with the following responsibilities:
Help develop and implement the marketing strategy
Identify and scope new opportunities to optimise campaigns that improve personalisation, performance and efficiency throughout the customer journey.
Conduct regular A/B tests and split-testing on customer segments, email content & messaging.
Champion the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and provide technical support company-wide.
Ensure data collection and marketing communications adhere to spam & privacy laws.
Gain hands-on experience working with advanced marketing automation platforms, enterprise-level data structures and complex MarTech integrations.
Requirements:
At least 2 years in an Email/Automation marketing role.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Responsys, IBM Watson, Marketo etc.).
Experience using Google Analytics (or similar).
Hands-on experience knowledge of Excel.
Design and Develop Email Template (mobile responsive)
Working knowledge or experience with responsive email design and coding, troubleshooting as needed. Knowledge of email best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical issues.
Must-Have:
Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Advanced knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Hands-on experience building email templates.
Good to Have
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Software (SFMC)
Knowledge of SFMC Rest API, AMPScript, SSJS, JSON
Python, JS, Rest API, SQL
