• Provide high-quality customer service to customers, and ensure smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via email or chat.
• Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis.
• Resolve queries of the customers by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.
Qualifications
• With typing speed of at least 45-50 word per minute.
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Preferably 1-2 years experience in email support.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are required.
• Able to multi-task.
