Job Description:
-Provide seminar and training to all service centers and dealers nationwide including TESDA and Schools to promote new products (eg. washing machine, air conditioner);
-Support any dealer and marketing event;
-Can do field support if no training activities;
-Monitor quality issues
-Review repeated repair rate cases
-Ensure all new models are inspected base on function and features
-Report quality issues for new model if available
-Re-checking of return unit in warehouse base on RRR data
Job Requirements:
-Graduate of any 4-year course or 2-year Technical-Vocational course; NC II certified
-Must have customer service experience;
-Can manage a team and train new learners;
-With good communication skills;
-With extensive experience in consumer product repair, setting and features (digital appliances);
-Must have good computer skills especially with MS office applications;
-Willing to do field work;
-Willing to work overtime including weekend;
-Can start ASAP.
