Job Description
organize and create documentation of any repairs, client concerns and solutions
schedule field electronics engineers for preventive maintenances, repairs and check ups
communicate with technical, sales departments, management, and clients with regards to client concern or complaints
does basic troubleshooting via telecommunication
with good customer service attitude
Maintain tools assigned and return all defective tools for replacement
Communicate client concerns and provide proper solutions
Monitor pending works
Organize files
willing to be trained
ECE and ECT licensed (preferred)
