Our US-based client is a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong last year 2020. They are continuously expanding their services, and need experienced Healthcare BPO associates to be part of their team!

The Electronic Referral is responsible for handling new case requests from various stakeholders (patient, MD office, PT providers, employers, adjusters etc.) while maintaining excellent customer service to promote client retention.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Open new cases from received electronic referrals from stakeholders accurately and according to policy and procedures.
Review case information to determine if patient has an existing case on file or if a new case needs to be created.
Outbound contact with identified stakeholders either to verify new case information, collect missing information, or request for other related documents as needed.
Validate new case data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; combining data when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Comply with HIPAA and URAC guidelines
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a college degree in any field (Nursing/PT/OT degree is a plus but not required)
Must have experience in BPO industry
Possess impeccable customer service skills with 1-2 years of experience • Experience with outbound calls preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and strong data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and general computer literacy, working with dual screens
Time management and strong organizational skills required
Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City
Preferably residing within Metro Manila only. Candidates in Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan area are welcome to apply as long as they are amenable to report onsite in Rockwell Business Center Sheridan - South Tower, Sheridan St., Mandaluyong City
