• Prepare and maintain sketches. Maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Direct or conducts surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and tittles.
• Records the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, evaluation and dimensions of building, land or land features.
• Preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to surveys.
• Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
• A creative flair and design ability
• Good visual
• Studying a design brief
• Thinking possible design solutions.
• Using computer-design (CAD) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes.
• Modify designs and retesting them.
• Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project mangers and clients.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Electronics and Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
• With at least 3 years working experience on related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD programs is required
• Practical experience with design software.
• Experience in design recommended.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
• Excellent research and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
