1. Maintain and repair all electrical apparatus located at the property vicinity such as Generators, Pumps, panel Boards, Circuit Breakers, Control Panels, Conduit System and Cables & Risers, etc.
2. Maintain and repairs all in-house communication facilities such Main Telephone Terminal Cabinet (MTTC), Conduit System, House Cable Terminals and the Distribution Wirings & Conduits.
3. Performs and maintain quality performance on every work undertaken.
4. Conducts weekly check-up of the following: Generators, Pumps, Panel Boards, Circuit Breakers, Safety Switches and Control Panels, etc.
5. Conducts monthly check-up of the following: Air Conditioners, Electrical Connections & Fixtures, Pump Motors & Controls and Exhaust Fan Motor.
6. In the absence of an assigned person, operates the air conditioning units scheduled or requested by tenants.
7. Undertakes electrical emergency repairs in buildings and residences owned by Gervel and its affiliates, as directed by the Property Administrator or Maintenance Supervisor.
8. Performs other necessary duties that may be assigned by the Property Administrator or Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Must be a Registered Master Electrician (RME).
With at least 3 years working experience in the related field.
Willing to work in Makati City.
