Experience electrician with exposure in fit-out works., Knowledgeable in reading electrical plans., Able to properly perform roughing-ins works.
· Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with Sales and Operations. Extensive knowledge in FDAS (Fire Detection & Alarm Systems) a must. CCTV access and security systems, auxiliary systems, network, Access control systems, conjunctions and estimates of plans for construction purposes (Building).
Knows and understand all facets of electrical works based on standard regulations
Understand and apply blueprints and technical diagrams
Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
Use testing devices to identify and report electrical problems
Use hand and power tools
Adhere to state and local building regulations
Complete work orders on time
Create records of materials used
Set up and test computer systems by running cables and connecting computer jacks and plugs
Qualifications:
· With knowledge in tools, equipment and materials used in the electrical trade
· Vocational Graduate or College Undergraduate of related course.
· NC II or equivalent certification is an advantage
· Experience in the same field is an advantage.
· Willing to do field work and/or be assigned at project sites
