JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems;
Checking and responding to security and safety issues;
Testing and recommending new maintenance products;
Keeping documents of inspections and problems;
Doing pest control; and
Performs any ad hoc duties that may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair;
Licensed Civil or Electrical Engineers or Master Electricians;
Ability to use hand tools and power tools;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
High school diploma or equivalent required;
2+ years experience in maintenance electrical work;
Can work with minimum supervision; and
Willing to work in Las Piñas City.

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
