JOB LOCATION : PASIG CITY
JOB SUMMARY:
Support Indent Sales Representative (ISR) to fulfill his duties and responsibilities and perform his given task in a minimum period of time in responding to RFQ and ITB from Government and private institutions in providing good quality health services, and sourcing manufacturers/suppliers medical aids and devices that complies the item requirement for procurement and company's new product proposal
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily
Facilitates all incoming mail and phone call inquiries from our client customers, sales & co-employees and suppliers foreign & local regarding product inquiries, item codes, stock availabilities, selling prices, quotations, bidding schedules, and shipment status and these were all echoed to (ISR) Record all bidding schedules and handouts provided by Sales Supervisor and Representatives in preparation for early evaluation of all the items to bid Stock availability are constantly checked and verified to ensure correct information given to Client customers and Sales Representatives Prepares RFQ (Request For Quotation) for Indent Special Sales Product referring to stocks in an Export Excel Format in QAD system only.
Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Update monthly export excel files of item cost, selling price, and stock availability in QAD system as reference and tools to provide quick response of inquiries and making PRS(Purchase Requisition Slip) Supports in preparation and evaluation of bidding documents such as technical specifications and certificates in compliance with the standard requirements. Submit/Furnish special items with LC to OP(office of the President) for Bid Pricing and send it to Sales Secretary For Final assessment of ITB Filing documents of Bid Price, NOA, PO, PRS, MCTC PO, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, New Arrival and Landed cost for ISR reference to achieve accurate computation of LC for order purchases, Bid price tenders and RFQ's Support in accommodating visitors with regards to their training schedules, promotions, and status market of their products.
Occasionally ( Audit, Emergency, Etc)
Outsourcing medical items for bidding and responsible entirely with the supervision of ISR. Preparing accurate LC delegated by ISR Computations for RFQ Inquiries. Attend supplier meetings and trading exhibit invitations with ISR.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Skills, Knowledge and Judgement
Skilled in the full application of MS Office Suite
Good in verbal and written communication
Self motivated with good moral character and diligent in his/her work
Mentally and physically fit
Flexibility on his/her work, fast learner and cooperative to everyone
Work Experience
Experience in medical related job,
logistics and knowledge in electronic technical specifications is an advantage
Educational and Special Training
Graduate of bachelor's degree preferably biomedical related courses.
