Assist the overseeing of all electrical installation, equipment repair/maintenance and other projects that will require his expertise
Supports project execution.
Prepare and evaluate technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems
Assist in the design, implement, maintain, conducts tests and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, and components.
Site monitoring and inspection of installation works.
Ensures that building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its tenants are complied with at its best
Create shop drawings (as required)
Conducts regular routine inspection of the project
Coordinates and monitors contractors regarding Change Orders
Assist in reporting, costing and scheduling.
Given tasks are not limited to the abovementioned job descriptions but to the extents of a field of expertise.
Qualifications
Graduate of B.S. Electrical Engineering
At least 3 years and above of experience in the related field.
Familiar with batteries, electrical wirings and standards
Able to evaluate electrical systems, products, components and applications
Can do design testing and troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
Advance computer skills with M.S. Office.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Idioms: English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: AutoCAD, Construction, Engineering
