We have an exciting opportunityfor an experienced Electrical Revit Modeler as part of a workshare team. This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in: Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model We are looking for the following qualifications, skills, and attributes: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably working in the consulting industry Proficiency in design technology and processes, in particular with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and ProjectWise Experience in 3D modelling and design is a plus Familiarity with Australian Standards and relevant Codes of Practice is preferred Strong focus on quality and attention to detail with ability to schedule and run multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Proven ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams Strong communication skills and ability to work both within a team and independently Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines.
