Pag-asa Steel seeks a motivated Electrical Head who will manage the electrical maintenance program of the plant and other company facilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 10 years of related work experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial set-up
Knowledge of maintenance planning, parts and spares management, conditioning monitoring
Experience in managing teams / manpower (workload planning and analysis), timelines (including schedule prioritization), and costs
Ability to coordinate and execute installation, repair, and maintenance activities
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, as well as taking precise measurements
Ability to keep enforce work instructions and standards, including 5S
· Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, numerical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) mandatory; skills in statistical, ERP, reporting, and design software a plus
Experience in an ISO-certified environment a plus
Experience in buildings and grounds maintenance a plus
