Job Description
MUST HAVE 10PEOPLE or CREW AVAILABLE FOR POOL; FOREMAN SHOULD HAVE KNOWLDEGE IN ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONICS
Oversee, schedule and arrange crew work on a daily basis, cooperating with other team members as necessary.
Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with Sales and Operations. Extensive knowledge in FDAS (Fire Detection & Alarm Systems) a must. CCTV access and security systems, auxiliary systems, network, Access control systems, conjunctions and estimates of plans for construction purposes (Building).
Review all project activities, work equipment and sites every day to make sure everything is performed to company standards as well as to the latest regulations and standards, laws and best practices.
Locate, calculate and designate job site locations as well as equipment and job site structure locations as needed.
Work with other necessary personnel and supervisors to ensure all site and crew activities are in sync.
Delegate jobs to crew members as determined by their capabilities and the general requirements of specific work projects and site parameters.
Meet with other managers/supervisors and necessary personnel as required in order to fully resolve conflicts, complications and other issues according to company and client standards/requirements.
Train new crew members whenever they join the team and provide workers with continuing education according to the latest industry requirements in order that all work meets the most current specifications
Skills and qualifications
Customer-service skills to communicate with inspectors and administration to develop a positive working relationship.
Decision-making skills for selecting personnel and subcontractors for specific tasks and jobs to meet deadlines and budgets.
Initiative for generating their own business opportunities and being proactive in locating new clients. Many foremen market the companies that employ them while bidding on jobs.
