Must be a BS Electrical Engineering graduate (with good scholastic records)
Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
With at least 5 years solid work experience in maintenance and project management in a supervisory capacity gained from commercial buildings and/or industrial plants
With working knowledge in the predictive and preventive maintenance of all electrical facilities & equipment, substation, high voltage transformers, generator sets, building wiring, panel boards, controller, motors, etc.
With strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be detail-oriented, very organized, flexible, and can handle work pressure
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
