ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
 
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical design drawing
Prepares Bill of quantity and Costing for electrical works
Conduct site inspections of electrical works for all projects
Approves electrical materials for the project
Response to inquiries from the construction team
Issues approval for necessary changes in the plans
Testing and Commissioning of electrical devices
Coordinates Architect and allied professionals
Conducts Megger test
Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.
Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.
Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.
Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Professional Electrical Engineer (with PRC license and can sign building plans)
Must be at least 3 Years of working experience specializing Electrical design
Must be knowledgeable with the Electrical Code of the Philippines
Must be familiar with local power requirements
Practical experience with design software.
Experience in design recommended.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must have electrical design experience related to residential subdivisions and low to high rise condominiums
Required Skills: Electrical Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction
Must be excellent in both written and oral communication skills in English
Team Player - can work well with other professionals
