Description
The Power Systems Electrical Engineer shall have at least 3 years experiences in the following fields of practice:
1. Power Generation or Distribution field in Engineering or Maintenance roles.
2. Have experience conducting tests using any of the following test equipment:
a. Insulation Resistance Tester
b. Hi-pot Tester, Very Low Frequency Hi-pot
c. Insulation Power Factor Tester
d. Omicron Relay tester or equivalent
e. Breaker Motion Analysis Tester
f. SFRA
3 Have experiences in the design and specification of power systems equipment.
4. Can calculate and construct curves for protection relays. Can analyze grading settings.
5. Experienced with ETAP and Relay Interrogation / Configuration software preferred such as GE's Enervista Suite, Micom's Easergy or S1 Studio, SEL's AcSelerator, etc.
6. Can operate AutoCad Drawing software.
Experience in power generation, electric utility operation, or sales and services of power system devices (coupled with good academic achievement) will be considered.
