JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Preferably graduate of Electrical Engineering course/Technical course or TESDA Technical course with relation to Electrical Technology, and with at least 3-5 years work of experience in Mall Operations set-up. Must be a detail-oriented and dependable electrician.
· PRC License is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
• Oversee running of facilities systems
• Supervises repair and maintenance of mall electrical equipment
• Coordinates with mall tenants and contractors on renovations, expansion, equipment installation, and other ongoing projects
• Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
• Attends to lessees' complaints or requests on maintenance (electrical) services.
• Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
