This Electrical Engineer will coordinate and control the electrical and auxiliary system fields at the project site to ensure proper and timely completion of the project within established budget.
Coordinate technical details of electrical and auxiliary systems works
Implement CPMP and ensure compliance with stablished procedures and instructions ensuring the expeditious implementation and timely delivery of the Project.
Perform electrical and auxiliary system quality assurance and quality control on all works and materials of contractors and suppliers through daily construction observation and inspection.
Ensure good housekeeping is diligently implemented.
Monitor project timelines and critical milestones.
Handle the administrative aspects of bidding, negotiation and award of electrical and auxiliary system works construction package.
Licensed Electrical Engineer
Minimum 5 years work experience as Electrical Engineer specializing in HIgh-end Condominium and Hotel projects
Proficient in computer applications such MS Office, AutoCAD
With extensive knowledge in auxiliary works
Medical / Health Insurance
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Real Estate / Mortgage 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
