Responsibilities:
Electrical System Design and Integration:
Lead the design and integration of electrical systems, including batteries, solar panels, inverters, electric motors, and high voltage components.
Ensure the seamless operation and synergy between various electrical elements.
Safety and Compliance:
Implement rigorous safety protocols and standards to ensure the boat's electrical systems meet industry regulations and safety requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical components for reliability and performance.
Battery Management Systems (BMS) Expertise:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and their critical role in optimizing battery performance and safety.
Develop and implement BMS strategies to maximize battery life and efficiency.
Vehicle Control Units (VCU) Integration:
Work on the integration of Vehicle Control Units (VCU) to enhance the boat's overall performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless communication between the VCU and other onboard systems.
Marine Applications Knowledge:
Utilize knowledge of marine applications and requirements to tailor the electrical system design to the specific needs of an electric boat.
Consider factors like water resistance, corrosion prevention, and marine-specific challenges.
Research and Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in electric vehicle technology, marine engineering, and renewable energy sources.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the boat's electrical system for optimal performance.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Showcase strong leadership qualities by guiding junior team members and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing electrical systems, preferably in electric vehicles or renewable energy projects.
Expertise in batteries, solar panels, inverters, electric motors, and high voltage components.
In-depth knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Vehicle Control Units (VCU).
Understanding of marine engineering principles or a keen interest in marine applications is advantageous.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in electrical and marine industries.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Self-motivated and driven to work independently, while also being an effective team player.
