Description * The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for providing quality assurance and testing of all training materials developed by the Global Services Training Design and Development team. They will have strong English language skills and be an expert in copy-editing or proofreading. They will have in-depth knowledge of test script execution and they will be responsible for testing new and modified eLearning courses to ensure their technical stability, functional correctness, and compliance to industry and corporate standards. They will also manage various types of testing, such as functional, regression, Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and Accessibility Verification Testing (AVT).

65% • Perform quality assurance and testing activities on all digital and print learning deliverables in support Global Services Training Design and Development, including editing, usability, performance, and compatibility
Track and report all identified errors/findings and manage change requests to ensure necessary adjustments are made to achieve desired results.
Inform learning designers and developers of trends found as a result of doing QA reviews and suggest corrective actions.
Maintain satisfactory performance by adhering to all QA & Testing SLA's/KPI's
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to improve QA & Testing team efficiency and performance.
Build strong partnerships within the Global Training organization and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to deliver the best in class training services.
35% • Develop an understanding of Global Services operations and the J&J organization.
Communicate and interact with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable to the activities and dependencies within the Global Training team
