Develop high level engaging content (e.g., video, audio, and/or interactive) EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS 4 years of demonstrated experience as an e-learning developer. Experience developing content with authoring tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise, 360), Captivate, Camtasia, etc. Ability to work quickly respond to and prioritize multiple requests be responsive to the time-critical nature of project deadlines. Proficiency in basic responsive web design a big plus (HTML5). Working knowledge of graphic or visual design. Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population. Ability to work with remote teams excellent written communication. COMPETENCIES Aptitude for learning new technologies in learning and development (i.e., virtual reality authoring tool, graphic design tools). Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficient in conducting 'quality checks' of own work and others. Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced and time-critical environment.
